Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Strategy and Conceptualization:

• Develop and refine the overall visual direction and creative concepts in alignment with the brand's objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure a unified and cohesive visual narrative.

2. Creative Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals, guiding them to produce exceptional work.

• Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to foster growth and innovation within the team.

3. Design Development:

• Create and oversee the design and production of a wide range of assets, including print materials, digital campaigns, social media content, packaging, and more.

• Ensure all designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and meet high-quality standards.

4. Brand Identity and Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

• Ensure that all creative outputs reflect the brand's values, aesthetics, and messaging.

5. Trend and Market Research:

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas and techniques into the creative process.

6. Project Management:

•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

7. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate their input into the creative process.

  
  

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience (9+ years) in a senior design role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and styles.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visual designs.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of current design trends, cultural references, and a passion for creative innovation.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in diverse creative environments, such as advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, or design studios, is a plus.
